TRAVELING TO GENEVA | PRACTICAL INFORMATION
All meeting participants are responsible for making their own visa arrangements. For information about the visas process, please consult the Visa page.
Travel and accommodation
Participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses, and to ensure that they have adequate medical coverage for the duration of their stay in Switzerland. As several other large events will take place in Geneva in April, it is recommended that delegations book their accommodation as early as possible.
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has with generous support from donors established a limited Sponsorship Programme to facilitate the participation of government representatives from low-income and affected states. For further information, please contact the Interim Implementation Support Unit (ISU) at UNDP/BCPR at: ccm.contact(at)undp.org.
